The SSO Chorus

When The Stow Symphpony Orchestra was founded [as the Stow Chamber Orchestra] in the fall of 1998, the Stow Symphony Orchestra Chorus was formed as well.

Maestro Music serves not only as Music Director of the orchestra, but also as Director of the SSO Chorus.

Since its inception, the Chorus has presented performances of some of the greatest choral literature that exists.

Performances of the SSO Chorus with the Stow Symphony
have included:

• The Vivaldi Gloria,
  
• Beethoven's 9th Symphony, and
  
• Mozart's Requiem
  

The Stow Symphony chorus has, from its inception given a bi-annual performance of

• Handel's Messiah.

and also gives 'stand alone' performances
of the choral repertoire.
